I am just blown away by the great experience I had. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a warm and engaging welcome from the friendly staff who were extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist me. The facility itself was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with each unit being in excellent condition and well lit. The various security measures in place gave me peace of mind that my belongings were safe and secure. I have to say that this is by far the best storage unit facility that I have ever come across, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a storage solution!

Well my experience again with renting with Southern Storage is going quite well. Ms.Tracy on-site property manager provided excellent service from start to finish with setting me up today Oct 1st with my new climate control storage unit. My first experience was last year when our daughter rented the largest climate control unit, relocating from South Florida to South Ga. Her experience with the previous owners was excellent. So of course there was no doubt when choosing the same location under new ownership with Southern self storage was a good option. Although pricing was a little bit more for a 5/10 climate control, and the deposit than one other competitor in Thomasville who also has a 5 star rating with a location as we enter into Thomasville. We still selected Southern self storage as our new home for some of our items. I’m hoping Southern self Storage would offer a price match for new and returning customers. So that our friends and family can utilize there services as more climate control units become available. Happy with my choice 😊 of storage facility! Nothing beats the Southern hospitality and great patience with a personality from Ms.Tracy. Thank you for making it easy for us!

Friendly staff, reasonably priced, And my stuff has been there for almost 3 years with no issues. And lately the gate has been working which is great. Wish they wouldn’t have had to get rid of the dumpster. Update: this was a 5 star location until it was placed under Southern Self Storage management! Now everything is automated and the staff is not personable! Prices are also a bit high and you have to hold insurance on your items or they add more money for their insurance! I had surgeries and had forgotten that I hadn’t paid my bill which is due the 1st and late after the 7th I called on the 8th when I realized and they gave me a late fee and had already placed a lock on my unit when I have been there almost 3 years and had never had issues. No courtesy call or txt nothing! I can not wait to be able to move my things out of there and into a home! The only reason I left 3 stars was because my items are secure and they have climate controlled units.

Great customer service. Great fast communication. Easy and simple to deal with the manager Chris. I had an issue not finding any storage in Tallahassee so after calling Uhaul they found this location. I reached out to confirm I would have 24/7 access unsure of my arrival time. The easy trip was made even better when my first unit was not enough and Chris quickly found another one. He showed up and paperwork was competed in minutes. He even recommended a local late lunch place that was just wonderful after a long day of moving.

This storage facility had the storage unit I was looking for at a affordable price. A great location on US highway 19 made it convenient with friendly service. You can not go wrong with storing your stuff at Thomasville Self Storage.
